Im so proud of myself and everythng ive gained these past few months. Even days when I gain a lb or two! I have so much self confidence and self worth. I know even if I gain a lb or two I STILL look and feel better than I did a few months ago. Im 204 today & nit even close to being finished.
I startwd workung december 14th & i have been very busy & havent been eating healthy. Im down to 208 now but seem to be at a standstill. I am going to.start my workout agsin along with a new challenge in feb when we can afford it. Im going with the hype & trying the juicing diet in hopes to go a full 30 days with a minimum of 7. Im keeping a promise i made myself, I WILL NOT GO HOME TO TEXAS TO VISIT FAMILY UNTIL IM DOWN TO 180!!
My goal was to be under 210 by christmas, well… 209.6!!!!!! So excited for myself. I canr wait , 30more lbs till pre pregnancy weight & 60 till my next goal weight (:
I stopped losing weight even though i was working my butt off & eating healthy. I figured maybe i was just at a point that i needed to trick my body & eat a little different for the day. What i had in mind was not cookies, eggrolls, & pizza & gaining 2lbs. FML. I hope this comes of easy. Im doing double workouts from here on out. I am determined to at least lose 10 lbs by christmas & now im back at 3lbs of weight loss since ive started this.
